Coenzyme Q10 is the only active ingredient in this product. The inactive ingredients include: rice bran oil, gelatin, glycerin, purified water, carob, and natural tocopherols. There is 100 mg of CoQ10 in this specific bottle, which is not an effective amount. An effective amount would need to be around 250 mg. They sell it in different amounts though. They say that depending on your state of health, you will need to take a specific amount of CoQ10, which is why they offer softgels with 30 mg, 60 mg, 100 mg, 150 mg, and 200 mg softgels. All of these amounts are still less than an effective dose. If this product is taken as a prophylactic it should reduce migraine headaches in addition to the associated nausea and vomiting. It contains no artificial preservatives, sweeteners, corn, dairy, starch, wheat, or yeast.
