            Pros

            Cons

Podosan Athlete Foot is designed to help treat the symptoms of athlete’s foot including fungus infections, itchiness, redness, and scaling. Athlete’s foot is a condition caused by fungi in the genus Trichophyton. This fungus loves moist, warm areas and is highly contagious upon contact. Typically, sufferers pick it up in spas or gyms where many other people are without shoes in moist conditions.

            What’s in Podosan Athlete Foot?

            The foot pen ingredients:

            • Alcohol denat
            • Undecylenic acid
            • Urea, Allantoin
            • Panthenol
            • Pentylene Glycol
            • Olive Leaf Active
            • Potassium sorbate
            • Sodium benzoate
            • Solanum Tuberosum (Potato) Starch
            • Phenyllactic acid
            • Octanoic acid
            • Lactic acid
            • Mineral oil
            • Isopropyl Palmitate tri laureth-4 phosphate
            • Sodium Carbomer
            • Glycerin

            The spray ingredients:

            • Alcohol denat
            • Water

Undecylenic acid treats foot fungus. Ideally, a medical grade 25% Undecylenic acid strength is most effective. The website does not state the concentration of their Undecylenic acid so we do not what percentage is contained in this formula. The other acids are also anti-fungals and have antibacterial properties and also restore the epidermis to its correct pH balance. Allantoin has anti-irritant properties, soothes skin and helps promote the growth of new, healthy skin. The other natural compounds contain anti-irritant and anti-oxidant properties.

How Do You Use Podosan Athlete Foot?

This product is administered via a dual action system. A dispensing pen is used to apply the product to the toes and feet, while a spray is used on the shoes. Wash your feet with warm water, soap and an antimicrobial or disinfectant if possible. Make sure your feet are completely dry before using the pen applicator to apply a drop. Apply the solution twice a day (morning and night) for at least 4 weeks. Put on a clean pair of socks only after 2 or 3 minutes, and once the drops have dried. In addition, use the shoe spray 2-3 times a week to spray the insides of your shoes. You may experience mild burning when applying this product due to the acidic properties of the ingredients. The manufacturer suggests that you should see results within a week. If you experience side effects, discontinue the product and monitor your symptoms. Consult with a doctor if symptoms persist.

            The Cost

The product is not available for sale on the manufacturer’s website and we were not able to find the product for sale on Amazon or elsewhere either.

            Is There a Guarantee?

There is no information regarding a guarantee, nor refund policy for this product.

The Conclusion of Our Podosan Athlete Foot Review

We liked that the product included an easy to use pen applicator and a shoe spray to treat the inside of shoes. However, we were disappointed that the website did not have any pricing information, nor suggest other online retailers where you can purchase Podosan Athlete Foot. There were no discounts for first time user or bulk buyers. We also couldn’t find reviews on this product. Also missing was any form of a guarantee. The website listed ingredients but did not mention ratios or quantities of each ingredient. Also missing was the amount of acid by percentage. It was unclear which side effects justified discontinuing the product. We suggest you only purchase a product with a solid, reliable refund policy and an online presence with a cross section of reviews.
