One scoop of Rapid Cleanse 2 should be mixed with 8 ounces of purified water and drank twice a day, once after Rapid Cleanse 1, and once in the evening. At night, before bed, 2 capsules of Rapid Cleanse 3 should be taken with 8 ounces of purified water. This same regiment should be followed for the entire 7 days of the program. Should you notice abdominal pain, constipation, or diarrhea, you should stop using this supplement.
